Bellingham City Club Candidates Forum

The Bellingham City Club will be hosting a candidate forum, September 22, which will focus on the four County Council elections this year.

The City Club’s format this year is different from previous years.   Rather than having all eight candidates who will appear on the General Election ballot on the same screen (or stage) they will have the two candidates for District1 and the Moderator on-screen for the first quarter of the program followed by the two candidates for District 2 and the Moderator, etc.

Each candidate will get a short opening statement, then the Moderator will ask each of you the same few questions prepared by the non-partisan members of the Program Committee and will have about 90 seconds to respond.  A Moderator will ask curated questions from those the audience enter in the chat box during the forum.
