Be Couragess

Fear holds us back from making the right decisions, engaging others, or taking action. There will always be those that ridicule, second guess, and try to hold us back. Sometimes the right decisionwill require personal sacrifice. Regardless, we must have the courage to not let fear hold us back and to do what’s right.

Manage money frugally and invest wisely

Treat finances like it is your mother’s or grandmother’s retirement savings. Each dollar we spend is one more dollar they must earn, one more day they must work, one more thing they must sacrifice and go without. If you spend it, they cannot.

Data based decisions

The only unbiased truth is real and accurate data. Data can lead us to the best decisions and most impactful decisions.

Create and Protect Transparency

Good decisions do not need to be hidden. People cannot make the right choice if they lack the information to first understand the decision. We are here for others not for ourselves.

Always go further

Beyond those who agree with you, past the easy answers, further than the finish line. 

Always be Truthful to Yourself and Other

We can not grow or become better if we can not be truthful with ourselves.
